In-Suite Repairs

Owners and Residents are not allowed to perform any in-suite plumbing and electrical repairs without prior discussion and permission from Mgmt/Super. No such repairs should be initiated at late hours on weekdays and at any time on weekends.

Garbage Chute Room

All garbage should be properly bagged and pushed all the way down the chute and not left in the chute door or on the floor.
